Q: I am new to Yoga, what do I need for my first class?

A: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet the teacher and get set for class, wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, bring a water bottle and a positive attitude! If you have your own mat, please bring it – there are mats at the studio that you can use if you do not have one.

Q: I am not very flexible, can I still do yoga?

A: Definitely – yoga will help to improve your flexibility.

Q: Do I need shoes for a Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Fusion or AMPD Resistance class?

A: Yes, please bring a pair of clean athletic shoes for the AMPD classes. (No street shoes)
