Q: I am new to Yoga, what do I need for my first class?

A: Plan to log one 10-15 minutes early to get set for class, wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, bring a water bottle and a positive attitude! You will want to have space where you can extend your arms and legs off the mat without running into a wall.

Q: I am not very flexible, can I still do yoga?

A: Definitely Рyoga will help to improve your flexibility.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: Our yoga flow and yoga HIIT online classes can usually be done anywhere anytime without equipment if needed. I do suggest having a yoga mat, block and strap available – thy can be used in many poses to give support or even give you a great challenge. Our Restorative classes can usually be done at home with the blankets, throw pillows and bed pillows – but if you invest in a bolster and a couple of blocks the relaxation experience much more intense.
