Frequently asked questions about our Yoga for Golfers Program.

  • Why Yoga for Golfers?
    • Yoga gives you an advantage in your golf game by improving mobility & stability, increasing strength and balance, and gives you tools to improve focus and concentration.
  • I’ve never done yoga before – can I do this program?
    • Yes you can – we will work through beginner level yoga poses with options for more advanced poses toward the middle to the end of the program. I will also describe how to get into and out of the poses in detail as well as give options for different levels.
  • How often will you post a video?
    • Yoga videos will be posted by 8am on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Where will I find the videos?
    • The videos will be located in your Namastream Course Site.
    • I will also post the link in the Facebook Community and send as an email.
  • What equipment do I need?
    • A yoga mat, block, and strap are nice to have. You really can do all of the videos without them – just find any area that allows you the space to move freely without kicking/hitting furniture or a wall in down dog ;). You will also want to have a golf club with you – some of the poses will us the club as a tool.
  • What if I cannot start on the 24th?
    • No worries – the videos will be there for you to start when you are ready!
  • What if I miss a day?
    • That’s OK – just catch up when it works in your schedule.
  • What if I cannot make it to the classes at the studio?
    • We have 3 different options for you to choose from – Online Only, Online + Studio, and Studio only. You can pick the option that works best for you.
    • If you chose an option with studio classes and miss a class – you will be able to use your credit at any other studio class of your choice.
