Improve your golf game! Find increased strength, power, and focus with this 6 week program.

The program will take you through 3 weeks of pre-season conditioning and 3 weeks of in-season yoga to build strength, find balance, focus and help you keep a healthy body for the entire golf season.

Included in the program:

  • Pre-Season Conditioning (weeks 1-3)
    • 6 20- minute Yoga videos to prepare your body for golf season.
    • 3 30-minute gentle flow/restorative yoga videos to help restore the muscles and focus the mind.
  • In-Season Yoga (weeks 4-6)
    • 6 20-minute Yoga In-Season videos to keep the body flexible and prepare you for your game.
    • 3 20-minute Post Game Yoga videos to help with muscle recovery.
  • Daily golf  tips or inspiration to keep you motivated through your journey and on the course.
  • Private FB Community for additional support with other members of the group.
